Formed in 1998, Baka ! began with 2 years of live shows as a noise duet with tapes, before a studio working period, leading to the 1st album on Unique records and 2 titles on compilations.
Then the band turned towards improvisation, melting post-rock, electronica & experimentation, including the noise influence from the early years.
